1. Why should the oven be warmed up?

2. How to do if the oven temperature is not allowed

A lot of failures encountered in baking are caused by oven temperature problems, such as biscuits are not crispy, bread is not fermented, cakes are not cooked, grilled too coke, not enough to cause depression, etc. Most problems arise. It is because the oven temperature is not allowed. Therefore, calibration temperature is very necessary. However, how can we know that the oven temperature is not accurate?


1. Place the special thermometer for the oven in the middle of the baking tray;

3. Turn the oven temperature button to suit the temperature, then close the oven door, select the upper and lower layers to heat at the same time, start the oven, observe the upper and lower heating tubes of the oven from black to red, then turn black, then observe outside the oven. The actual degree of the thermometer, as long as the two numbers do not match, the oven temperature needs to be calibrated.
